'Ember' Fire Agate is a triangular slice of burnt orange and green iridescence. The stone weighs 23 carats and is 1" x 3/4". (24.5mm x 20mm)
Fire agate is found only in the southwestern U.S.A. and in northern Mexico. Fire Agates have a hardness of 6.5-7 on the MOHS scale so these irridescent rainbow colored stones are extremely durable.This remarkable stone is 3/4" long and 5/8" high and would be suitable set in either a pendant or a ring design.
