This Arizona Fire Agate weighs 11.5 ct. I imagine its "bubbly" formation to be a magical potion in the brewing. The stone shimmers with irridescent green, orange and gold. The stone is 1/2" x 5/8."
Fire agate is found only in the southwestern U.S.A. and in northern Mexico. Fire Agates have a hardness of 6.5-7 on the MOHS scale so these irridescent rainbow colored stones are extremely durable.This remarkable stone is 3/4" long and 5/8" high and would be suitable set in either a pendant or a ring design.
