Tanglewood Root is a lustrous 36 carat sculpted Arizona Fire Agate. The luminescent stone shimmers with green and gold opalescence. The dimensions are 1" x 7/8". ( 26mm x 22mm)
Fire agate is found only in the southwestern U.S.A. and in northern Mexico. Fire Agates have a hardness of 6.5-7 on the MOHS scale so these irridescent rainbow colored stones are extremely durable.This remarkable stone is 3/4" long and 5/8" high and would be suitable set in either a pendant or a ring design.
