General Information

We are located in Santa Cruz, California and we ship via United States Postal Service. First Class domestic shipping is only $3.00 or you may choose Priority and Express shipping options at check out. Orders generally ship the same or next business day. When an order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a USPS Delivery Confirmation Number that will allow you to track your package.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Orders shipped to U.S. West Coast addresses usually arrive in 2 days. Orders shipped to East Coast addresses usually arrive in 3-4 days. If there is any delay to your order, we will contact you immediately. 


What if I need my order to arrive sooner?

We offer USPS Priority and Express Shipping for domestic orders. Orders shipped Priority usually arrive in 2-3 days, and Express orders usually arrive in 1-2. You can select either option for an additional fee on the checkout page.


What countries do you ship to?

We ship to many parts of the world. Most of our international orders are from Canada, U.K. Australia, New Zealand, Central Europe and Japan. Unfortunately, there are many parts of South America, Asia and Indonesia that we cannot ship to and we do not ship to Africa. 


How long does it take for an international order to arrive?

We use USPS International Air Mail Shipping for international orders, and most take between 10 days and 7 weeks to arrive. There is no tracking for this service, however we do guarantee that orders will arrive.

If you need your order sooner, you can select either International Priority Mail (arrival in 6-10 business days) or International Express Mail (arrival in 3-5 business days) for an additional fee at checkout. 


What additional fees can I expect during international shipping?

Often, a country’s postal service will levy an additional Value Added Tax (VAT) on foreign packages. Each country has a different policy on this, and low value packages are seldom charged. We cannot be responsible for any additional charges incurred in this way.

Orders shipped to the U.K. are sometimes transferred to the Royal Mail for delivery and U.K. residents may incur a Royal Mail charge in addition to VAT. 


What is your return policy?

We expect that you will be delighted with your purchase, and if for any reason you are not, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund. If you are returning an item as a result of an error on our behalf (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we’ll be happy to pay the cost of return shipping.

We suggest reusing the padded mailing envelope to return the item. If you are in the US, mail the item with U.S.P.S.(United States Postal Service) using first class mail with delivery confirmation. This usually costs less than $3. Please notify us that you are returning an item and include your name and order number inside the package.


What is your exchange policy?

We are happy to exchange a piece for a different item. This is slightly more complicated because there may be a price difference, but send us an e-mail and we will do our best to make magic happen.
