What is your return policy?

We expect that you will be delighted with your purchase, and if for any reason you are not, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund. When we receive your return package, we will refund the cost of the item or items. (Original shipping fees are non refundable unless we have made a mistake in packing your order or the item is defective.) If you are returning an item as a result of an error on our behalf (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we’ll be happy to pay the cost of return shipping.

We suggest reusing the padded mailing envelope to return the item. If you are in the US, mail the item with U.S.P.S.(United States Postal Service) using first class mail with delivery confirmation. This usually costs less than $3. Please notify us that you are returning an item and include your name and order number inside the package.

 

What is your exchange policy?

We are happy to exchange a piece for a different item. This is slightly more complicated because there may be a price difference, but send us an e-mail and we will do our best to make magic happen.
