Fire Flash - Mexican Fire Opal - 17.45 ct

Fire Flash is a striking 17.45 CT Mexican fire opal, blazing with irridescent ornage, green and gold. This opal is remarkable not only for it's intense color throughout but because of it's unique shape. It is a sculptural opal and can be appreciated from all angles and sides. The stone is 15/16" long and 1/2" across. I envision an 18K gold dragon guarding this fiery treasure. The stone is suitable for either a ring or a pendant.
