This seller REALLY cares about customer service and satisfaction! I had an issue with my first package being delivered by mistake to another address. I filed a claim with the Postal Service, but that didn’t go anywhere. Contacted the seller. They were communicative, kind, and direct in messages. Easy to work with. There every step of the way. They ended up replacing the order with no prompt or additional cost to myself. It was received in the correct place this time. Beautiful craftsmanship. Detailed piece. I’ll be back, that’s for certain! I thoroughly appreciate the trouble and effort they put into making things right.

Beautiful ring! The picture does not do it justice!

Sorry for the delay. Great ring - very detailed - great size - great craftsmanship - and fits perfectly. Thanks very much and I’m sure I’ll shop again.
