My inspirations in creating this design were many. I love to design abstract and fluid pieces and am heavily influenced by Art Nouveau. My studio is in Santa Cruz, with many legendary surf spots nearby and finally, I love and admire the iconic Japanese wood block prints of the "Great Wave."
