Our detailed Cherub-Angel Ring is lost wax cast in solid sterling silver. The design is inspired by Raphael's iconic 15th Centuray Renaissance masterpiece, 'The Sistine Madonna.' The Cherub rests on a band of clouds, its wings and the clouds forming much of the substantial band. The ring is .60" (15mm) wide across the top of the design.
The Cherub symbolizes divine innocence and legends say that Raphael was equally inspired by local children gazing wistfully into a bakery shop window.
