This solid sterling silver Spiro Ear Cuff is one of Marty's most popular ear cuff designs. It is fluid and playful and can be worn on either the left or the right ear. The model is photographed wearing it on the right ear but it can be inverted and worn on the left ear with the sprial end twisting up. (Diamond not included.)

Our ear cuffs require no piercings. The ear cuffs slip on the side edge of the ear's cartilage. Slide the ear cuff down from top to bottom along the ear's cartilage. You may gently open or close the opening of the ear cuff to accommodate the thickness of your ear.
